We believe that the best possible care for oncological patients should be provided close to home - and therefore on an outpatient basis. That is why we are committed to the long-term preservation of outpatient oncology close to home.

We are aware of the high ethical and social significance of our concern and the special responsibility of our entrepreneurial activities that this entails. Consistent compliance with all internal company rules and applicable laws determines our responsible actions, because the benefit and safety of the patient are at the centre of everything we do. Compliance is therefore a top priority.

We therefore encourage our employees, but also other third parties, such as our business partners, customers, suppliers and service providers / consultants, to report any behaviour that violates company guidelines, policies or applicable law - by stating their name (via electronic whistleblower system / by phone call / by email) or completely anonymously (via electronic whistleblower system).

Reports help our company to counteract violations at an early stage and reduce damage to our company, our employees, business partners, customers, suppliers and service providers / consultants.

The reports are received and processed exclusively by the persons responsible for the internal reporting office specified here. They treat the reports reported with absolute confidentiality.

The system does not store any IP addresses and does not use any tracking instruments. It is not possible to trace the whistleblower unless the whistleblower provides data that allows conclusions to be drawn about the whistleblower. Even if the name is provided, the processors maintain the confidentiality of the identity of the person providing the information in accordance with legal requirements.
After the report, a protected mailbox is set up for the whistleblower, through which an anonymous dialogue is possible. Immediately after the report is sent, all whistleblowers will receive their access data for their protected mailbox. The access data must be saved, as access is only possible with the individual login address and the individual password and these cannot be reset or similar. This mailbox will also be used to inform the person who submitted the report about how it was followed up.

Many thanks for your support!

Please note:

  • The whistleblower system is not an emergency service! If there is an immediate danger or threat to life, limb and/or health, the relevant authorities (e.g. police or fire brigade) should be contacted immediately if necessary.
  • For ease of reading, the masculine form is used in this system, but includes the feminine and diverse forms.
